Former AT&T public relations director and corporate reputation specialist at PR giant Edelman, Eric Sedler is one of the founding members and partner at ASK Public Strategies, a Chicago-based firm. He is the “S” in ASK. John Kupper, a former congressional press secretary and ad industry consultant is the “K” and David Axelrod, a Chicago Tribune reporter is the “A.” Eric Sedler contributes as an issues management expert at the firm.
Recognized nationally, ASK Public Strategies is a communications management firm specializing in issue campaign management, message development and message delivery. In 2008, Larry Grisolano joined Axelrod, Sedler, and Kupper.
The firm concentrates more in research driven communications techniques drawn from the most sophisticated political campaigns.
In addition to working with elite nonprofits, ASK Public Strategies also selects companies to help them communicate and build support with key audiences.
Some of Eric Sedler’s accomplishments with ASK Public Strategies include the development and implementation of a communications program for an important telecommunications company. He led a campaign preventing the approval of the state for a football stadium in New York City and directed the communications in favor of an electric company’s successful effort to secure state approval to build new power plants.
